Returns Conditions

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase from us.

Return Process:

Return Approved:

Our customer service team will review your return request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Shipping fee for returns

You will be responsible for paying your Shipping costs of return your items unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Damaged/bad products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 business days for further instructions.

We will deal with these matters on a case-by-case basis, but will ensure that we find a satisfactory solution.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Refund process

After inspecting the item, we will notify you immediately of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
